First and foremost, I was surprised by the number of piercings in Beyonce's ears. I didn't realize she had so many. LOL.
Ok, for real though...
The underwater intro had my anxiety kicking into overdrive. As I watched, I felt like I was suffocating. I wanted it to end as soon as it started. When she began talking and breathing, I thought 'OH SHIT, OH SHIT, OH SHIT!!!!! SHE'S GOING TO DIE!!!!" I almost screamed "SAVE YOURSELF!!!" at the TV before I realized that I'd be pissed if I'd woken up the kids.
She looked amazing, but was showing a lot of boobage. The only time it bothered me was when her top was too small. All I wanted to say was "come here girl" and pull it up under her boobs. It looked hot and your bra not fitting in the heat is no fun.
I was like "Alright now Serena. Go on with your bad self," but after a few minutes was a bit confused. Then I realized she was throwing up her middle finger at all her haters. I quickly went from "wtf is she doing?" to "you go girl. Fuck 'em all."
New Orleans as the backdrop!!! Loved, loved, loved it. That city has a special spirit. At times, creepy but it moves you in ways like no other.
Loved seeing the girl power and the beautifulness in the faces, the shades, the womanhood and the message. Quvenzhane, Zendaya, Amandla, Winnie, Blue Ivy, Nina, Sybrina Fulton, Lesley McFadden... You ROCK!!!
At the start, I was like "Oh shit, Bey you are not holding back ANY punches." By the end, I just wanted to kiss up and rub up and feel up on my boo.
Whether it's about Jay or Mathew, she came with it and did not disappoint.
That shit was bold, provocative, raw and intense. I enjoyed everything about it. She shocked the hell out of me but I was glued to the TV.
Everyone is speculating. Everyone is talking. That's how you break the internet.
She's a fucking genius. And in the words of the youth, "She Slayed."
